What differentiates me from all the other career coaches out there?  Well, full disclosure – I am an attorney as well. As part of my role as an attorney for a large legal publisher I am frequently interviewing those with advanced degrees for jobs.  With the combination of these two careers, I see the hiring process from a variety of perspectives.  What’s the significance of this?  I am on top of emerging hiring trends, interview question themes, and I also see how interview answers are resonating with my colleagues.  Lastly, I see examples regularly of how people can shine in their interview.   I bring all this to my coaching practice, along with my legal knowledge to guide clients through what has become a hiring process maze.

These days competition for jobs is fierce. Who hasn’t seen a posting get 3000 applicants – in just a day!   How do you compete with that?  Like with any big endeavor in life, you hire a professional. In this case, a career coach. A career coach can help you not only with your immediate needs but can be a lifelong investment in yourself!  The tips and strategies you learn from a career coach can help guide you in your career in the moment and beyond.

As a career coach my goal is to ensure you stand out on paper, online, and in person.  With the competition being what it is, you need to deliver the full package.   And that is where I come in – I help you shine in those three big ways and many more small ways, ensuring that what you are putting out there is resonating strongly with potential employers.   Your name is going to be a name that they remember, come back to, and want to hire!
